Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and assist them in choosing the perfect chocolates or gifts.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert on the store’s hand-crafted chocolates, including ingredients, flavors, and seasonal collections, and share this knowledge with customers.
Upselling: Proactively recommend complementary products, promotions, and gift packages to maximize sales while enhancing the customer experience.
Online Order Management: Handle website operations, including processing online orders, ensuring timely delivery, and addressing customer inquiries related to online purchases.
Delivery Coordination: Organize and track deliveries, liaising with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, keep track of inventory, and convey insights or restocking needs to management
Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, whether in-store or online, with professionalism and empathy.
Sales Support: Facilitate smooth transactions at the point of sale, including cash, card, and digital payments, while promoting additional products and services.
Gift Wrapping & Presentation: Assist with packaging, gift wrapping, and providing a polished shopping experience.
Store Maintenance: Keep displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing while maintaining cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English is required.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce with a focus on upselling and online order management is preferred.
Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with website operations, online order systems, and basic troubleshooting.
Sales Skills: Strong ability to upsell and recommend products to customers both in-store and online.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers in person and via email or chat.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized, ensuring accurate order processing and delivery coordination.
Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasonal periods.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce is a plus.
Location: Preference will be given to candidates living in or near Bikfaya.
