A dynamic and growing freight forwarding company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join the team and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Promote and sell the company's freight forwarding services, including air, and sea transportation.
Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their logistics requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in freight forwarding, logistics, or a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding services, including air and sea transportation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office.
