Restaurant Manager (Diner) – Beirut - Ref: AR 252003

What You’ll Be Doing:

Running the Show – Oversee the day-to-day operations of the diner, maintaining seamless coordination between kitchen, service, and front-of-house.
Leading the Team – Recruit, train, and supervise staff while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
Creating Memorable Experiences – Interact with guests, respond to feedback, and ensure a friendly, welcoming environment at all times.
Maintaining High Standards – Uphold strict standards for food quality, presentation, hygiene, and customer service.
Managing the Numbers – Track daily sales, monitor budgets, manage stock, and optimize cost control for profitability.
Driving Engagement – Plan and roll out marketing campaigns, special offers, and seasonal events to attract and retain customers.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • At least 7 years of proven experience in the same restaurant in a management or leadership role.

  • Solid experience managing restaurant operations in a diner or casual dining setting.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills—you know how to inspire a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude, even under pressure.

  • Financial know-how to manage P&L, forecasting, and operational budgets.

  • A passion for hospitality, consistency, and creating standout guest experiences.
