Job Summary

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s technology vision and strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI-driven healthcare and insurance solutions. The CTO will lead the engineering team, collaborate with other executives, and ensure that technology initiatives support the company’s rapid growth and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Technology Strategy & Leadership

·        Develop and execute a scalable and innovative technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

·        Lead research, development, and implementation of AI-powered healthcare and insurance solutions.

·        Stay ahead of emerging technologies and ensure Limitless Technologies remains at the forefront of HealthTech & InsurTech advancements.

·        Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering and product development teams.

·        Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with operational and business needs.

Product Development & Innovation

·        Oversee the development of RCM, PBM, and patient communication platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

·        Lead software architecture decisions, ensuring high availability and efficiency.

·        Optimize technology infrastructure and cloud-based solutions to support AI-driven services.

·        Implement best practices for agile development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

·        Ensure compliance with healthcare and insurance industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)

Team & Operations Management

·       Build, manage, and scale a high-performing engineering team.

·       Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

·       Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology and product teams.

·       Ensure the company’s technology infrastructure supports business growth and expansion.

Security & Compliance

·       Develop and implement robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive healthcare and insurance data.

·       Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and industry standards.

·       Assess and mitigate technology risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Investor Relations

·       Represent the technology vision to investors, partners, and stakeholders.

·       Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for new digital solutions and partnerships.

·       Work with external vendors and technology partners to drive cost-effective and scalable solutions.

You’re a Match If You Have

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·        10+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, and IT leadership roles.

·        Proven experience in leading technology teams, product development, and digital transformation.

·        Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

·        Experience with healthcare and insurance technology solutions is highly preferred.

·        Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.

·        Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategy with company growth.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

·        Experience in start-up environments and scaling technology teams.

·        Hands-on experience in microservices architecture, APIs, and system integrations.

·        Knowledge of blockchain, IoT, or other emerging technologies in the healthcare space
